APPETITE: the new editorial project dedicated to food on Giallo Zafferano's blogs.

Rome, September 21, 2025 – APPETITE is born, an innovative multimedia project dedicated to the world of food and hospitality. The platform, part of the Giallo Zafferano blogs , the leading Italian food blogging network, aims to promote gastronomic culture through original, authentic, and educational content that showcases the work and passion of chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, and industry professionals.

The project is produced by Zesty , a division of the proprietary RI – FOOD AND PEOPLE model of the Chefetto.net brand, a company committed to the development of editorial and creative formats designed to narrate and spread gastronomic culture in an innovative way.

Giuseppe Giorgio has been appointed as Executive Coordinator (interim) to lead the entire division, supported by a creative team of professionals. Domenico Di Blasi Russo , a Content Creator specializing in pastry, will bring his experience creating recipes and tutorials focusing on both traditional and contemporary tastes. Daniele Lanaro , a baking professional, will share the techniques and secrets of the art of bread making through multimedia content and educational storytelling. The narrative and visual direction of the project is entrusted to Dr. Emanuele Falcinelli , Head of Visual Storytelling, who is responsible for ensuring consistency, artistic quality, and creative oversight.

The launch process includes an editorial planning phase, the production of multimedia content—including videos, articles, and photo shoots—and subsequent publication directly on APPETITE, within the Giallo Zafferano blog portal.
