Olimpiu Stanciu
Executive Director for Chefetto.net with delegation to the CEA – Center for Food Education
Olimpiu Stanciu holds a degree in Gastronomic Sciences for Wellness from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry and is currently pursuing a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Tuscia. Driven by a profound passion for nutrition and a scientific curiosity about the biochemical mechanisms of the human body, he has built a solid and multifaceted career path, combining academic rigor, personal research, and a passion for dissemination.
From an early age, his passion for food was born in the kitchen at home, alongside his mother. From there, an increasingly structured interest took shape, which today translates into his mission: to make nutritional science accessible and useful to everyone .
His arrival at Chefetto stems from shared ideals with his colleague and friend Emanuele Falcinelli , culminating in his appointment as Executive Director for Chefetto.net with a delegation to the CEA – Center for Food Education . In this role, he will lead educational and outreach projects to promote a conscious and scientifically based food culture.
He closes with a quote that perfectly embodies his philosophy:
"Omnia venenum sunt, nec sine veneno quicquam existit. Dosis sola facit, ut venenum non fit." All things are a poison and nothing exists without poison. Only the dose makes a substance not a poison. — Paracelsus
Chefetto enthusiastically welcomes Alice Ippoliti and Olimpiu Stanciu , confident that their synergy will bring new energy, expertise, and vision to the project. Together, they will contribute to the growth of an increasingly aware, informed, and wellness-focused community through a modern, scientific, and inclusive approach to nutrition.
