Dr. Beatrice Proietti has specialized training in Gastronomic Science Management, Human Resource Development, and Territorial Enhancement. She has gained experience in the agri-food and environmental sectors, collaborating with organizations committed to sustainability and the promotion of local products. She currently supports the World Food Forum, with a focus on territorial development.
