Profile 

I’m Beatrice, born in 2001, and I live in a small hilltop town between Rome and Frosinone. I hold: • a Master’s Degree in 𝑀𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝐺𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑜𝑛𝑜𝑚𝑖𝑐 𝑆𝑐𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑠 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑊𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑏𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑔; • an Executive Master in 𝑂𝑟𝑔𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑧𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐻𝑢𝑚𝑎𝑛 𝑅𝑒𝑠𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑐𝑒 𝐷𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑝𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡; • a Master’s in 𝐴𝑟𝑒𝑎 𝑀𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑡𝘩𝑒 𝐸𝑛𝘩𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑇𝑒𝑟𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑠 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐼𝑛𝑙𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐴𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑠. 

 

While studying, I gained experience in Amazon Logistics and later in the Environmental Department of Confagricoltura. I also completed several curricular internships in small and medium-sized enterprises and collaborated with experts in nutrition, food research & development, sustainability, food education, and the promotion of local products. I’ve served as a student representative, worked at the Sapienza Università di Roma, and participated in Erasmus projects - experiences that strengthened my belief in the power of human resources and social inclusion.
