We are an ecosystem that brings together nutrition experts, hospitality professionals, and humanists to redefine the concept of food. We transform food into a vehicle for well-being and inclusion, developing consulting and training programs that make sustainability a tangible and measurable value for the industry.

Ongoing and analytical research into the food sector, socio-cultural trends, people, and consumer habits, conducted through internal research teams and partnerships with educational institutions, along with constant monitoring of trends (food tech, health, sustainability, storytelling) and a data-driven approach applied to content and formats.

A technical and narrative exploration of food, encompassing the supply chain, raw ingredients, and preparation techniques, along with nutritional, symbolic, emotional, and cultural values, extending to the design of taste and content in their visual, sensory, and verbal dimensions.

Research and engagement of individuals and professionals, including analysis of relevant communities, needs, and lifestyles; promotion of the Chefetto network and its talents (chefs, nutritionists, food creators); development of HR initiatives and training programs in the restaurant and food communication sectors; and organization of events and entertainment experiences in both professional and non-professional settings, while also fostering the development of international relationships.

Founded in 2017 on the basis of hands-on experience in the kitchen and digital journalism, Chefetto.net is now a creative hub that gives voice to food culture.
