Mimmo Kairos: When pastry meets the right moment

Angri (SA), July 12, 2025 – His name is Domenico Di Blasi Russo, he's 45 years old and lives in Angri, in the province of Salerno. But to many, he's simply Mimmo Kairos . A name that goes beyond his nickname: "Kairos," in ancient Greek culture, represents the right time, the opportune moment. And that's exactly how Mimmo lives his greatest passion: pastry making. Every moment becomes an opportunity to do good and, above all, to do good.


A professional accountant, Mimmo never misses an opportunity to dedicate himself to what makes his heart beat. Between CrossFit sessions and a new sugar-and-flour challenge, he finds refuge in his kitchen. There, every dough is an emotion, every scent a memory, every dessert a gesture of love.


What began as a simple passion has now become an integral part of his identity. "There's not a night that goes by that I don't find myself daydreaming about new ideas to develop, new flavors to combine, new sweet treats to share with those around me," he says. For him, creation is an act of love, a profound need, a language through which to express himself.
