Dott.re Emanuele FALCINELLI

Chefetto aims to be an accessible destination, open to all, without distinction. A project that puts food at the center, but above all, people.

At the helm of the project is Emanuele Falcinelli, a graduate in Gastronomic Sciences, Cultures, and Policies for Well-Being and a graduate in Agricultural Engineering, born in Rome in 1999. A kitchen assistant and blogger, he trained in the hospitality industry with hands-on experience in kitchens and restaurants, quickly combining his passion for food with his passion for the web. Founder of Chefetto.net in 2017, he is also a web journalist, a contributor to various industry publications, and a content writer for platforms such as Microbiologia Italia, Nutrimi, and Igea CPS.

Over the years, he has built a bridge between the worlds of food and information, participating in cultural, educational, and outreach projects at the national and international level. He is a Slow Food member, a Food Systems Hero of the global movement for fair and sustainable food systems, a member of the World Food Forum Italy – FAO, an ambassador for the Life Foster project against food waste, and part of the GastroTerra by World Food Travel community.

Chefetto.net is a small company with a big soul, creating a complex and passionate network dedicated to the world of food. A place where professionals from the food and wine, nutrition, and humanities sectors work together in an interdisciplinary manner, with the aim of transforming the act of eating into an experience that goes far beyond our expectations—as confirmed by numerous scientific studies.

Despite being run by a group of young people, the platform is committed to providing a quality public service every day, carefully and inclusively listening to all stakeholders in the sector and, above all, citizens.

He also obtained the national certificate in Sports Nutrition, recognized by CONI and the Ministry of the Interior.   On August 5, 2021, Chefetto.net became a national brand: a milestone that confirms the desire to make food not just a consumer item, but a key element in understanding our times, educating about well-being, and building new forms of community.

The Path Taken

2017 - 2018

It all started with the desire to create something personal that wouldn't clash with the existing pages. But let's take a step back: the current CHEFETTO actually began with a different name and a small website, where the publications were completely different from the current ones.

2019 - 2020

Over time, I realized that what I had achieved could and should be further enhanced. For this reason, I decided to transfer only a portion of the old project to the world's most popular food blogging platform: Giallo Zafferano, where I stayed for a year.
After this experience, in the same year I launched the project you all know today: CHEFETTO.NET, officially launched for the first time on video thanks to the Casa Tuscol@na project by the Numido company.

2021 - To date

Yes, we've arrived in 2021: the year CHEFETTO.NET was registered as a national trademark, effectively becoming a brand. A dream come true and one that will continue to grow and develop over time.
Today, the brand relies on the collaboration of young industry professionals and a general management team guided by solid values and clear objectives, focused on providing accurate information and educating our audience through the official website and all related projects.

When food becomes the language of the soul

Chefetto.net is more than just a website, nor a simple editorial project: it's a human and digital ecosystem born from a dream and evolving, day after day, into an accessible and authentic reference point in the world of food.

It all began with an intuition: to transform the experience of eating into something that nourishes body, mind, and relationships. An idea that quietly took shape in 2017, with a small web space for experimental and personal publications. But great stories often begin exactly like this: from an intimate and courageous spark.

Over time, that spark grew stronger. The experience with Giallo Zafferano represented an important phase of growth, confirming a calling: not just to share recipes, but to build culture, community, and awareness. It was from this desire that Chefetto.net was born in 2020, presented to the public for the first time in a video with the Casa Tuscol@na project. It was the beginning of a new identity, more mature, more structured, but with the same original passion.

In 2021, Chefetto became a registered national trademark. Not just a name, but a consolidated vision. A network of young professionals from gastronomy, nutrition, humanities, and communications, collaborating in an interdisciplinary manner to restore food to its deepest value: that of a human, social, and educational act.

Chefetto today is a place for dialogue, education, and information. A reference point for those who believe that eating isn't just about nourishing oneself, but about experiencing a daily act with awareness and beauty. It's a digital public space that listens, engages, and includes, using simple and accessible language that's never superficial.

Led by Dr. Emanuele Falcinelli, Chefetto.net aims to be a bridge between people and knowledge, between tradition and innovation, between food and life. It's an open house, a laboratory of ideas, a place where food becomes a story, a cure, a connection.

Chefetto wasn't created to follow trends. It was created to last, to grow alongside those who still believe in the transformative power of things made with heart, skill, and vision.

Sustainability

Obiettivi-Agenda-2030.png

Chefetto.net embraces sustainability as a core value, aligning itself with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN 2030 Agenda. Every project, content, and collaboration aims to promote a food and cultural model that respects the environment, values people, and fosters social inclusion.

From food education (SDG 4) to the fight against food waste (SDG 12), through gender equality (SDG 5), health and well-being (SDG 3), and decent work for young people (SDG 8), Chefetto.net integrates the SDGs into its daily vision. We are convinced that food can be a lever for change, helping to reduce inequalities (SDG 10) and build stronger, more inclusive communities (SDG 11).

Through our network and digital communication, we want to raise awareness and encourage sustainable behavior, promoting a more just, equitable, and resilient food system. Because every gesture, every choice, every dish speaks to the future we want to build together.
